I don't buy into the mutually exclusive conclusions - the idea that nerdiness equates to uncoolness is untrue. Clearly, a man can be a supreme nerd, and still be cool, well, at least in his own mind. ;-)
I forgot to tell you, I went to the Billfish Tournament at Bay Point on Sat and Emeril was there! He had entered the tournament and they caught quite a lot of 'little bams' as he called them. The largest fish (not caught by Emeril) was a 987 lb marlin. CRAZY!
Hi Matt...I wanted to trackback to this post, but I couldn't find a trackback URL, and I'm not sure how to use the "Create a Link" option. I did link to you in my post, though!
By the way...I've never heard that Mr. T recording. I'm sure it's a hoot!
My score is 1%. Told me I'm a cool person. Not at all a nerd.

ReplyDeleteI scored a 7%. The only thing I disagreed with was that it said I was 'probably cool' b/c everyone knows there's no 'probably' about it, I AM cool!

ReplyDeleteJW: Of course, you are cool. You're MY sister. :)
ReplyDeleteDaniel: Thanks for stopping by! I agree with you - "coolness" and "nerdiness" is a state of mind, but also a completely subjective thing.
Leah: You're cool for the same reason JW is - you're related to me. :)

Cindy: It's been awhile since I've heard that Mr. T song. He was more rapping than singing; he had a backup choir, though.
ReplyDeleteBig Bro: Is that you, Buckwheat? If so, it's ABOUT TIME you left me a comment!
