Since nobody else has guessed, I will. (I'm not only a Hoosier reader, I'm a fellow Grover!)
I know that line is from the movie Hoosiers...my 16-year-old has the movie and we watched it recently. So I'm going to guess that the sign is in the Knightstown High School gym somewhere. I've been to that high school, but I don't recall seeing the sign. Or a ramp. But that's my guess.
