I stopped at a McDonald's to pick up dinner for my 5-year-old daughter yesterday. Her Happy Meal failed to have the requisite toy inside, so I had to go back through the drive-through to get a toy for her. This was my exchange with the McDonald's worker.
Me: Yes, I was just here. My daughter didn't get a toy in her Happy Meal.
McDonald's worker: Is it for a boy or girl?
